About the role

In this fun and flexible role, you’ll join the Arnold Clark Street Team to work at our varied calendar of events that take place throughout the year such as Kiltwalk, Women’s Scottish Open, New Forrest Marathon and many more. It will be your role to be on site at events, oversee activities, greet attendees, support venue staff and sponsorship activation.

If you’re friendly, approachable and love working with members of the public, this job is perfect for you. We’re looking for individuals who are confident communicators and have experience of working at events.

Day-to-day duties

Driving to events, safely setting up equipment and preparing eye-catching event sites.
Handing out promotional items, interacting with members of the public and capturing data.
Representing the brand in a positive and professional manner.
Assisting with setting up event materials including a mobile events unit.
Working with other departments and teams within Arnold Clark to reach common goals.
Reading briefings and health and safety documents to execute all events to a high standard.

Essential skills

You must be able to drive and must have held a driving licence for at least one year.
Willingness to travel to events across the UK as required.
Self-motivated and an approachable manner.
Fantastic communication skills.
You must be over the age of 19.
