This is a fixed term contract for 6 months

Our Building Control Partnership is going from strength to strength and we are now looking to recruit a Building Control Technical Administrator to join our partnership which includes Blaby District Council, Harborough District Council, Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, Melton Borough Council, Oadby & Wigston Borough Council & Rutland County Council. This role would be mainly based at the Blaby office and working from home.

We are interested in hearing from individuals with a ‘can do’ approach who have the desire and ability to learn new processes, thrive and enjoy working within a busy team environment, have excellent communication skills and be committed to achieving a high level of service to our customers.

Experience of working within the Building Control Sector would be advantageous along with familiarity of Idox and Uniform systems. Knowledge of Street naming and Numbering principles would be beneficial but is not essential.
