Summary


The post holder will be required to use their initiative in all aspects of clerical work to efficiently prioritise work and meet deadlines, as the service requires.

To provide a comprehensive administrative, clerical and reception service to the Occupational Health (OH) Department. To always act as an administrative team member to support the delivery of high-quality care and an efficient service. The post holder is a key member of a multi-professional team. Providing an efficient and safe environment for patients and staff. Always maintaining a competent and effective workforce that is dedicated to the Trust and its values.
• To use all modules of the OH database system Cohort
• Book appointments for Consultant and Clinical Staff
• To send reports to Trust managers and university managers and tutors ensuring correct consenting process is followed
• To undertake reception duties and deal with telephone enquiries courteously
• Process Health Questionnaires , Risk assessments and Management referrals
• To deputise for the admin manager where appropriate
