Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Resource Assistant to join our Corporate Resource team within the Finance Directorate.

The Corporate Resource team provides essential support across the business. The team are flexible, responsive and solution focused. Corporate Resource Assistants are expected to work collaboratively and flexibly across a wide range of tasks; including the information service, where they answer questions about the sector and our products from a diverse range of callers. Corporate Resource Assistants also action multiple requests from colleagues including travel and accommodation enquiries, as well as providing facilities support and project support - as dictated by business requirements.

This is a great role for a pro-active/motivated team orientated person who thrives on variety, using their excellent communication and organisational skills to provide a quality support service. This varied role includes a number of tasks that contribute to the delivery of Skills for Cares work.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate and evidence effective organisational and communication skills. They will be a motivated/active member of the team providing high quality customer service to colleagues and stakeholders.

Experience in a similar role within an office environment would be beneficial as the role requires strong administration skills with the ability to work flexibly, respond to changing tasks and prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines. Candidates demonstrating the skills and attributes required for this role gained from other roles outside of an office environment will be considered.
