Summary
We've got an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Stow as a Retail Team Member.
Salary: £11.64 per hour
Contract/duration: 12 Months fixed-Term
Hours/working pattern/hours: Working 12 hours per week, working every Saturday and Sunday. (Typical working hours are from 11:15am until 5:15pm)
Interviews will be held week commencing 10th June 2024
The scale and beauty of Stowe have attracted visitors for over 300 years. Picture-perfect views, winding paths, lakeside walks and temples create a timeless landscape, reflecting the changing seasons. Nestled at the back of the New Inn is our wonderful shop and plant centre. The shop team of staff and volunteers is relatively small. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you'll be fully supported, helping you integrate into the team and learn about the wonderful products that we sell and the stories behind them.
As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays, operating the till and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
