CMVM/Centre for Clinical Brain Sciences
Part-time: 2.5 days per week (0.5 FTE)
Fixed-term: for 5 months
We are looking for a Research assistant to join us on part-time fixed-term role.
The Opportunity:
The successful candidate will join a vibrant research group exploring the cognitive developmental of neurodivergent children. This specific project is a pilot study aiming to test the feasibility of cognitive tests to map the cognitive and linguistic development of bilingually-raised children with intellectual disability. This post is part-time (2.5 days per week) for 5 months, and we are open to considering flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working for data collection.
Your skills and attributes for success:
Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, or related field (essential).
Experience in quantitative data analysis (essential).
Ability to work independently (essential).
Experience administering neuropsychological assessments, including eye-tracking and/or EEG (desirable).
Experience working with neurodivergent children (desirable).
