We’re looking for Complex Care Support Workers with previous experience in Parkinsons and Stoma Care to provide outstanding care in Chester.

Our nurse-led complex care team are looking to build a permanent team to support with a complex care package in Chester. This is a lady who needs assistance with:

• Personalised care for complex care needs, including Parkinson's and Stoma care.

• Conduct regular checks and provide assistance as required during the night shifts.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and office.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and dignity in care provision.
MUST be flexible and able to complete both DAYS and NIGHT sits throughout the week.

Our Client does also have OCD. We’re looking for someone with a kind, compassionate and resilient nature to join a team of regular carers.

You should have previous experience with Parkinson and Stoma Care either professionally as a Care Assistant or Support Worker, or you may have looked after a family member.
