Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Casual Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met. This is a casual position with flexible working hours, ideal for individuals looking for part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standard.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly and safely.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective workflow.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items, such as linen bundles and cleaning equipment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
