Summary
The main responsibilities of the role
will be supporting the QS team on:
Maximising profit and ensure our full contractual
entitlement is claimed on each job.
Implementing and monitoring controls on all commercial
aspects of our contracts.
Producing performance reports for KPI performance on
all contracts.
Processing sub-contractor payments and making
payment applications.
Control directly employed labour payments.
Assist with tendering and estimating of new
opportunities.
Training
Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Level 4 apprenticeship.
Qualifications required
3 A levels, or equivalent level 3 qualification
Maths and English GCSE at grade C/4 or higher or equivalent
Full driving license and access to own vehicle required due to work covering South Bristol region
Skills required
Excellent IT Skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
An ability to work in an organised and efficient way
