The main responsibilities of the Automotive Technical Support Executive are:
- Assess mechanical/electrical claims and repairs from customers and provide a professional decision based on your expert knowledge to reject or accept the claim. You will also have to identify faults and issues efficiently and recommend the correct repair strategy for the vehicle.
- Build strong relationships with customers, the workshop team, and third party repairers
- Customer-orientated and able to establish great relationships with corporate clients
- Be able to use your own experience to make a professional decision alone
Requirements of the Automotive Technical Support Executive:
- Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds Qualified in Vehicle Repair
- Computer literate - Use of internal systems, telephone, and emails, sending letters
- Great communication
- Customer Orientated
- 3+ years of experience as a Technician
