- Location: Croydon, Surrey
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Hours: Flexible; ideally Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, but open to flexible working patterns to accommodate family life. Some remote working options available.
About the Role:
Our client, a busy family-run car dealership in Croydon, is seeking a dedicated Personal Office Assistant to join their team. This is a dynamic role that requires a versatile individual who can handle various administrative tasks, manage accounts payable and credit control, engage with social media, and respond to customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administrative support
- Assisting with accounts payable and credit control when required
- Handling social media accounts and online presence
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with business as usual office management tasks
- Email monitoring and actioning internally within our clients car dealership business
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in administration
- Familiarity with accounts payable and credit control or willingness to learn new skills
- Proficiency in social media management
- Strong customer service skills
- Motor trade knowledge and experience is desirable but not essential
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be easy-going, hard-working, and highly organised, capable of juggling multiple tasks at once. While experience in the motor trade is a plus, our client values finding the right fit over specific industry knowledge.
