About You

You will be a User Research looking for an opportunity to build our user research capability
You will be someone who is passionate about how user insight can help improve services for citizens and colleagues
You can help us advocate for the value of user research in digital services and beyond


About The Role
Experience of researching with and advocating for diverse ranges of users including users with additional needs and other hard-to-reach groups is essential
Knowledge of Government Service standard and accessibility guidelines is a must
You'll be working with teams and stakeholders to help them adopt user-centred practices and ensure user insight enables impactful decision making
