**Role Description:**- Act as a companion, engaging in activities and conversations- Drive to and from activities- Initially work alongside a parent, transitioning to independent work- Follow the client's lead and be adaptable to their needs**Client's Interests:**- Creating handmade dragon puppets, animal masks, and designing bracelets- Playing Roblox- Baking- Watching YouTube videos- Listening to music- Interior design**Ideal Candidate Qualities:**- Personal experience and understanding of Autism- Fun, confident, and with a good sense of humour- Patient and empathetic- Calm and easy-going- Flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes- Full, clean UK driving license and own car (essential)**Desirable Characteristics:**- Lived experience of being neurodivergent- Enjoys gaming and familiar with Roblox**Additional Information:**- Enhanced DBS check required before starting the role- Flexibility in response to varying needs from shift to shiftIf you meet these qualifications and are interested in making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply by sending an email.
