Summary
My client is looking for an experienced F&B supervisor or assistant departmental manager to work in a hotel in a village location in the Cotswolds. Salary plus benefits of up to £35k are offered for the right person and accommodation can be provided.
The restaurant has 2 rosettes and the successful applicant will demonstrate at least two years experience working in a fine dining environment - preferably with a 2 rosette background, be a team player, have good attention to detail and great customer service skills.
