Summary
A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established law firm based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire - soon relocating to new premises on the 'High Street'.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Typing (audio and copy) and preparation of legal documents for Fee Earners – Family, Immigration and Wills.
• Setting up new appointments.
• Reception duties, answering telephone, speaking to clients, solicitors and others.
• Liaising with other members of the team.
You will need / must possess:
• Good typing skills (to include audio typing skills) (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT).
• Good diary management and telephone manner.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Willingness to take on new tasks (to include assisting with client related legal work).
• Proactive and using initiative.
• Able to prioritise workloads.
Salary package dependent upon experience and good long-term prospects.
The role is predominantly administration related (see above) and will involve some legal assistant duties from time to time.
