Are you looking for a new opportunity to make a significant impact, share your skills and help us move forward with our aspirations for HR data? Join this small team with a transformational vision, serving over 10,000 employees across Bedfordshire Police, Cambridgeshire Constabulary and Hertfordshire Constabulary (BCH).

The BCH HR Data team is based out of our offices in Chord Park, Huntingdon, however the role holder will have the flexibility to work from home or the office.

We are committed to providing workplace adjustments, wherever needed so everyone feels welcome and can flourish.

What will you be doing?

You'll have overall management responsibility for the HR Data team and play a crucial role in developing high quality dashboards and reports to enable data driven decision making for all three police forces. This is your opportunity to put your data analysis skills to the test and help shape the future of the policing workforce, providing objective insights and evidence, leading to informed choices that address diversity gaps and promote equitable practice.

What do you need?

· Previous experience working with HR data

· Demonstrable experience creating data models, dashboards and reports using PowerBI or a similar tool to a high level

· Experience of extracting and transforming data, creating insightful reports and analysis using Business Objects, SSRS or a similar tool

The successful candidate for this role will require vetting to be carried out, the vetting will be similar to that required for Police Officers. Before you apply you should make sure you understand the vetting process and that there is nothing in your background that is likely to prevent you from being eligible for this role.

Check out the 'Joining the Police' website and click on 'Application Process' to find out what's involved in vetting.
