We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter to join our team immediately, specialising in mould washing across domestic properties in Birmingham. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering the opportunity for a permanent position based on performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Mould Washing and Treatment: Carry out thorough mould washing and treatment in domestic properties to ensure a clean and healthy living environment.
- Surface Preparation and Painting: Prepare surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, and sanding, followed by the application of primer and paint to achieve a smooth and durable finish.
- Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the completed work.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in painting, with specific knowledge and skills in mould washing and treatment.
- Driver's Licence: Valid UK driver's licence is essential as the role requires travel across Birmingham.
