Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Business Support Administrator for our client in Cardiff Gate. This role is to support the effective operational delivery of membership and customer subscriptions processing, finance reconciliation, departmental administration support and audit. You will be expected to deal with these situations in a confident, assertive, professional, but sensitive manner.

Person Specification

Working knowledge of confidentiality and data protection issues

Experience of working in a complex administrative environment.

Experience of handling customer payments/using payments systems.

Experience of using specialist knowledge to resolve issues.

Desirable - Experience of using a customer relationship management system.

Essential -Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence to customers and colleagues in a professional manner both verbally and in writing.

Skilled at analysing information from data and translating findings to communicate appropriately.

Adapts plans or re-prioritises to respond to urgent needs, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately were necessary.

IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet and diary software to an intermediate level.
