How You Will Succeed in the Role:
As the Duty Manager at Sidmouth Leisure Centre, you'll shine by bringing a mix of skills and a passion for great service. Your
background in the leisure or hospitality industry, combined with strong customer service skills, will help you manage daily
operations smoothly. Being comfortable with essential IT tools and Leisure Management Systems will make processes easier and more
efficient. Your flexibility, willingness to work different hours, and commitment to safety will keep our centre safe and thriving
for both staff and visitors. Plus, working with the LED Group across multiple sites will give you valuable experience, helping you
develop teamwork and strategic thinking skills.
What We Want from a Duty Manager:
We're looking for a Duty Manager who can help keep things running smoothly. Your leadership will inspire top-notch customer
service and safety standards, helping our team do their best. With some experience in leisure management and an eye for detail,
you'll help maintain our reputation as a great place for leisure and recreation. If you have supervisory experience and a current
First Aid at Work Certificate, that's a big plus. This role is perfect if you're looking to step into management in a supportive
and dynamic setting, where you can grow and advance your career.
