Monday to Thursday: 8am-5pm & Friday: 8am - 1pm
Our Daventry based automotive manufacturing client, are the The UK's premier manufacturer in their field of expertise.They are now looking to recruit a Permanent Vehicle Upholstery Trimmer to join their team.They require a dedicated and meticulous individual to adhere to their current high standards of production.
Vehicle Upholstery Trimmer Requirements -
- Able to maintain a high standard through the department with excellent attention to detail.
- Organised and forward thinking.
- Active in continuous improvement of the role and department.
- Effective in problem solving with a can-do attitude.
- Able to work independently but also as part of a bigger team
Vehicle Upholstery Trimmer Responsibilities-
- Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred, however comprehensive inhouse training will be provided.
- Automotive seating upholstery, using a variety of fabrics, vinyl and leather.
- Fabrication of seat foam assemblies.
- Preparation and construction of seat frames.
- Repair of upholstery and seat trims.
- Use of glue and adhesives, power tools and band saw.
