Summary

Creative Studio Manager– in a nutshell

Our creative team are what brings ideas to life. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our petit creative studio. You'll work with the team to understand their needs, develop project plans, and assign projects. You'll also ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll need a strong understanding of the creative process, as well as top-notch project management and communication skills.

This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract, sits within our marketing team working alongside our brand, local and digital teams.

Locations

This role will be predominately based at our Head Office in Kensington (W8 5DA), London, with occasional travel to our restaurants for photoshoots, supplier visits, etc. Hybrid working is a standard practice amongst our Support Office teams this role will usually spend 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remote.

Annual salary per year of up to £43,000 - £45,000, plus, you’ll be eligible for a discretionary bonus

The day job.


Manage creative projects (alongside the brief owner) from start to finish, including developing timelines and budgets, assigning tasks and sourcing external support when required.
Support brief owners to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their expectations.
Work with the marketing team to secure a budget for external support when required.
Work with the brand managers to coordinate food and lifestyle shoots.
Work with our print partners to coordinate the printing and delivery of marketing materials.
Finding ways to improve process efficiency constantly.


A bit about you.


Previous experience in a creative studio or related environment
Strong understanding of the creative process, from ideation to execution
Proficiency in project management tools (monday.com would be advantageous)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Creative problem-solving skills
Organised & methodical - you can work across multiple priorities simultaneously Practical - you always think ahead and are a creative problem-solver
