Summary

Supervise the provision and delivery of the pathway services by working in collaboration with Operational Lead and team members Develop and implement operational management systems and process pathways specific for the individual services patient, in collaboration with services within and external to the Organisation. Work alongside the Operational and Clinical Leads offering critical challenge within current practice, thus ensuring that all care delivered is evidence based, effective and efficient Ensure that all care provided by the team members is evaluated and reviewed and efficiency maximised. Adopt a LEAN methodology and philosophy. Lead with key stakeholders on the identification, development and evaluation of operational objectives and create the appropriate SOPs, protocols and strategies to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. Identify actual or potential operational/service risks, taking appropriate action, using when required the appropriate reporting structures, in accordance with Trust policies and guidelines. Work across organisational boundaries, in conjunction with key stakeholders, managers, clinical and non-clinical staff, multidisciplinary teams and agencies to promote operational pathways which would enhance the UCR/VW pathway model and services aligned. Responsible for the delivery of the individual services KPI metrics. Responsible for safe staffing and performance. Ensure the services deliver against the commissioning intention and Trust targets.Ensure that performance reports are produced in collaboration with the Directorate Manager. If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £41.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
