Summary
Our service is looking for effective nurse leaders who will promote safe, high quality care by empowering our staff and patients and promoting a culture of innovation and improvement. The service developments have created opportunities for career development now and in the future. The Trust provides a sound preceptorship programme to support newly qualified nurses to aid their development. As a nurse, you would be encouraged to work alongside the ward management team in facilitating this programme. We have an excellent relationship with local universities and post-graduate training providers. In addition to this you will have access to both local and trust training and shadowing opportunities to support your continuing professional development. This post attracts a RSU Lead of £1,446 per annum on top of your annual salary. It is mandatory for you to complete Management of Violence and Aggression Training, Breakaway Training and other training directly related to the job. You will work a rotating shift pattern to cover our 24 hour, 7 day a week service. All candidates must be computer literate.
