Summary
We embody the importance of staff wellbeing in our practice, and this is why we are interested to get to know you as a person and hear what you would like from your job. We have a number of specialist clinics such as The Eating Disorder Service, Neurodevelopmental Clinic and Family Therapy clinic and we like to work with staff to help them gain experience and skills and to work in these clinical areas to give variety to their job role. You will be supported by excellent team knowledge and experience on a formal/informal basis. Clinical and managerial supervision are augmented with profession specific supervision. We are investing heavily in training and preceptorships to develop staff skills. We have a thorough induction process, and you will be paired with other new starters as you begin to find your feet.
