Summary
You will be expected to: Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to older adults with mental health needs, across Havering. Provide senior medical support to the team, and direct input on clinical Provide guidance and supervision to the Work directly with older adults and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external mental health providers, and acute Work alongside the 5.1wte Consultant Psychiatrists, 1wte Senior Trainee, and 2wte Core Trainee within the service and share clinical supervision requirements with them. Develop links already established with the local acute trusts A&E departments and inpatient wards. Be responsible for patients allocated to them and will assess, manage, plan, and deliver care. Support your peers and the team manager and be an effective team member whilst working on their own initiative. Supervise junior colleagues and liaise with other health and social professionals and agencies.
