Summary
The role entails leading a team, co-ordinating, planning and implementing patient care. As well as leadership, the role includes clinical work such as, scrubbing in for specialist procedures and recovering patients post moderate sedation and general anaesthesia. The band 7 post holder will help with service development, quality improvement projects and audit. This role also requires the post holder to develop and support the nursing staff with a compassionate leadership style. Candidates should have experience at a band 7 level and/or significant experience in bronchoscopy and or interventional radiology procedures.
