Summary
Please note JDs sent out upon application As a Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be: Receiving and responding promptly to referrals, undertaking patient assessments to identify and prioritise patient needs before planning and delivering the appropriate and relevant interventions either on an individual or group basis. Working to develop living skills, rehabilitation, and educational opportunities/therapies under the strategic direction of the Therapy Lead and other members of the Senior Management Team. Ensuring the effective and efficient management of Occupational Therapists , Occupational Therapist Assistants and students. Planning and implementing individual and group interventions collaboratively with Service users.
