Summary

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Part Time Support Worker to join our team based in Diamond Court in Weston Super Mare.

Diamond Court is situated in the popular seaside town of Weston-super-Mare, hosting 10 one bed and 43 two bed apartments. Onsite facilities include 2 lifts, large lounge, guest facilities, garden, hobby room, activities room, café, shop, hairdressing salon and library

Our carers strive to help residents to retain as much independence as possible, for as long as possible and are on-site 24/7. Care is tailored to the needs of each person, provided within the comfort and privacy of their own flat and can range from a little help daily to support throughout the day and night time.

At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role.

About the role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be supporting customers who are over the age of 55 enabling them to maintain their independence

The role will require you to assist residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group.

The role is to promote Customers independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standard of care.

Shifts available are 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-7am (if you wish), alternate weekends. Full time and Part time positions available.
