SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT

Salary: Grade D-E Scale Point 3 - 5, FT equivalent £22,737-£23,500
Contract hours: 29 hours working Monday to Thursday from 8:30am – 15:15pm, Friday 8.15am-15.15pm, 39 weeks per year.
Contract term: Fixed term –initially until July 2025 before becoming permanent.

• Ideally someone with has experience with children who are learning how to regulate their emotions which can sometimes result in behavioural challenges.
• Someone who thrives on challenge and making a difference to the lives of children.
• Someone who is committed to teamwork and collaborative working and living our values every day.
• Someone with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Someone who is able to use their initiative to secure positive outcomes for children.
