As one of a team of four administrative staff, you will play an essential role in underpinning the smooth running of the school. Your ability to work collaboratively, along with your commitment to providing a professional and efficient service will contribute to our school's success. No two days are the same in our school office, meaning your strong organisational and time management skills will be put to good use, managing a variety of tasks and competing priorities. Though your role will encompass a broad range of duties, it will have a specific focus on finance and HR administration within school. Some previous experience of financial administration is essential and some understanding of HR would also be advantageous. Experienced administrators from any background, looking to develop a career in schools finance, HR or business management are particularly welcomed to apply.To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, (both written and verbal) as you will be interacting with staff, parents, pupils and external stakeholders every day. A high level of IT literacy, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, is also essential.
