Pastoral Lead - BG9 - £27,852-£30,151 (pro rata)Required from 1st September 2024Fixed-Term until 31st August 2025 - 21 hours per week, term-time only To be worked over 3 daysHorfield Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Pastoral Lead to work in our popular and vibrant primary school in North Bristol and join our team of dedicated and hardworking staff. Working 21 hours per week, the successful candidate will work with children and their families, providing personal, social and learning support in creative and innovative ways. The successful candidate will also join our safeguarding team as a Deputy Safeguarding Lead. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and able to build good relationships with children, parents and staff. You will have experience of working with and engaging young people and their families through a range of approaches. Who is an experienced Pastoral Lead within a primary school
Who has experience of being part of a safeguarding team
Who has a knowledge of CPOMs
Who has great communication skills and is able to build relationships with children and their families Who is committed to putting the children at the centre of everything you do

Who has high expectations of yourself and of others with a desire to do a great job!
