Your new company
Hays Education are working with a primary school near Stratford Upon Avon. This school is seeking to appoint a Year 5 teacher to start from September. This Church of England school is part of a multi-academy trust. Your new role
Your new job as a Year 5 teacher at this GOOD school will be to cover maternity leave from September 2024. In this new job as a key stage 2 teacher, you will be required to take on full planning and preparation for the class as well as fully immerse yourself in school life. You will have a teaching assistant every morning, and you must consider yourself to be a good communicator to work well with parents, carers, staff and external agencies.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this new job, you ideally will have experience in year 5. However, if you haven't taught this year group but are passionate about doing so, then please still apply.
This school is happy to consider ECT applications but M2 or above would be desirable. You must be able to create a classroom environment that is supportive and where you enable your pupils to gain confidence and can flourish as they move through the school.
