Summary
Your new company
Hays Education are working with a high-attending secondary school on the outskirts of Derby who are seeking a part-time English professional to join their passionate and supportive team 2 days per week on a Thursday and Friday until the end of the academic year.
Your new role
You will be working on Thursdays and Fridays (Ideally from June 6th) teaching and tutoring classes and groups in KS3 and KS4. You will have help planning and preparing your classes and also have a teaching assistant within the class to support you.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience teaching English as a subject in the UK or TESOL experience. You will be hard-working and reliable, able to engage students at different levels to promote excellent teaching and learning. You will be able to work collaboratively within a large team of staff and be flexible in your approach. You will be passionate, enthusiastic and encouraging, with the ability to form strong bonds with students.
