Your new role
- You will be responsible for the operational and day-to-day management of all functional areas of Epos. These include data management, hardware support, as well as all the activities related to analytics and reporting for Catering & Retail.
- The post-holder will provide relevant, resilient, and cost-effective support services.
- You will apply technical expertise to resolve complex problems, generate innovative ideas, drive Epos service improvements and support/ develop the relevant strategic, tactical, or operational projects.
- Manage and maintain the internal EPOS back of house system including programming on stock, RSP, recipes & general category management.
- Produce and maintain a suite of financial information for the commercial team & provide up-to-date and accurate commercial analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience managing an EPOS platform within the food & beverage and/or retail industry.
- Worked specifically on implementing new EPOS platforms.
- A proven track record of implementing new Epos related initiatives, including launching new apps and creating operational processes.
- Knowledge of software, data security and compliance, risk management and data management.
