Summary
English TeacherAre you passionate about literature, grammar, and inspiring young minds? Hays Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join one of our partnership schools in Gloucester for a long-term role lasting for the duration of the academic year with the opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate. The role is due to begin in September and the school are ideally looking for a teacher on a full-time basis, although they are open to hearing from teachers looking for a part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging English lessons to secondary school students.
- Foster a love for literature, language, and critical thinking.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students' academic and personal development.
- Full Teaching responsibilities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students.
- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
