Due to the success of our division, we're seeking a commercially driven and client-focused Operations Director to lead the growth of our contract base.

Working in conjunction with the RMD you will create an overarching catering strategy, linking into the sales and marketing teams to include the creation and development of new service initiatives and food offers.

This position leads a team of passionate operations managers and oversees all contracts covering Midlands and North of England.

What you'll be doing...

This is a field based role covering the Midlands, and North of England

To deliver on our high standards, you will be accountable for:

  • Leading the strategic development of the division
  • Successfully managing all aspects of operational excellence and contract delivery
  • Creating a platform for financial growth, exceeding financial targets
  • Building and proactively maintaining external relationships with senior clients to exceed client expectations, and deliver a value-added service proposition that will build and sustain industry competitive advantage
  • Supporting the sales team with site visits, sales presentations, and ensuring bids are operationally sound
  • Due to the nature of this field-based role, you will be expected to travel to sites across the business area (company car provided).


Working Pattern: 40 hours per week
