Summary


A remarkable chance has emerged to bolster Sickle Cell community services in North West London by spearheading community enhancement initiatives. Central to evaluating these projects is adept data management and the accumulation of outcome metrics for regional activities. We seek versatile, dynamic, and dedicated self-starters for this role, committed to enhancing community services for Sickle Cell patients, offering an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible difference.

Strong data and analytical skills, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration and a flexible approach is required within the role, in order to outcome of the work of the projects. A high level of tact and diplomacy is essential, alongside the ability to understand other cultures, to enable effective working across organisational boundaries and the project includes a number of service providers.

You will have a sound grasp of key NHS standards, policies and goals and have existing experience of data management. A track record of achievement in data outcomes. The post holder will be an individual with a positive approach; able to problem solve; enjoy working with individuals and teams at all levels; able to demonstrate a broad understanding of data management issues; have an understanding of action plan development and/or implementation.

To collect and record data as part of the Haemoglobinopathy Community Improvement Project in North West London. The position combines routine administration tasks with the opportunity to contribute towards an active research programme and the strengthening of clinical networks.
