An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Secretary to join the Elderly Care and Stroke team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual. The appropriate candidate would need to have a good telephone manner, experience of audiotyping and use of IT systems in a working environment.

We welcome applications from candidates who want to join us as we explore the implementation of digitalisation of administrative systems and to deliver efficient and sustainable patient centred services across the care group.

Reporting to the Team Leader the post holder will have excellent communication skills are organised and methodical in their approach. You will be involved with a wide range of duties including clinic typing, telephone enquiries, minute taking, consultant admin and providing support for our Stroke Data Administrator.

The post holder must have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload effectively working as part of the team and by using their own initiative.
