Summary

Role - PA to Engineering

Location - Gloucester

Salary - £18 per hour

Full time - Monday - Friday 37 hours per week Hours between 0900-1700

Hybrid - Min 3 days office.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role with flexible working, meaning you can divide your time between the office and remote working. We will provide a suite of IT equipment to ensure that you can work remotely comfortably and effectively. The team are based at our Gloucester Office and are onsite on a weekly basis.

Nuclear Services is our technical centre of excellence, supporting our existing fleet of nuclear power stations and our nuclear new build projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, diverse, and high performing team. Our technical experts, engineers and project managers supporting multiple nuclear power stations and nuclear new build projects in the UK, sharing knowledge and collaborating across teams.

The role will be supporting 5 Branch Managers within the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for the 5 Branch Managers
  • Managing each manager's inbox, diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Reminding the manager of actions and deadlines
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and large meetings (such as away days and team meetings)
  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses
