Summary

The Technology Enhanced Learning Simulation Fellow will play a pivotal role in advancing our institution's commitment to cutting-edge simulation education and immersive technology integration within an educational and clinical context. The position entails a job plan comprising 40% delivery of simulation education and projects related to immersive technology in education and simulation, and 60% clinical anaesthetic work. The fellow will also be encouraged to create and deliver projects that are fuelled by their own personal interests and have regional relevance.



To lead initiatives aimed at continually evaluating and enhancing simulation programs and immersive technology applications.

The appointee will be expected to work as part of a team with a responsibility to maintain the highest standards of anaesthetic clinical care. Active participation in internal supporting professional activities such as Departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance & Audit is essential.
