We are excited to be recruiting for an enthusiastic, dynamic, committed and highly organised School Business Lead for our school. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and our mission to make every day count for our children. This is a key role in our school and the successful applicant will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the school business and administration function. The successful candidate will lead in ensuring that the school office provides an effective, efficient, and proactive administrative support function for all stakeholders and that the delivery of this is in keeping with our school values.

We are looking for someone who:

Is an organised and experienced business & administration manager
Has a clear understanding of the role of a School Business Lead
Has a passion for working with children and in a school environment
Can motivate and inspire a team.
Has the ability to organise and prioritise tasks and can be proactive and solution-focused.
Is reflective about your practice and keen to contribute to your learning and development
Is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
