Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our catering services, ensuring that all food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and service. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth running of our catering functions, from daily service to special events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operational Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of the catering team, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
-Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of catering staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
-Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards, conducting regular quality checks.
-Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or feedback promptly and professionally.
-Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage and rotation of food and beverages.
-Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining thorough records and conducting regular training.
-Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of catering for special events, conferences, and meetings.
-Financial Oversight: Assist in budget management and cost control, ensuring that all catering operations are run efficiently and cost-effectively.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in a supervisory role within the catering or hospitality industry.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to quality.
-Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
-Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
