Purpose of the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Coordinator for a temporary 4-month role. This position involves matching invoices with the correct service sheets for work completed by our engineers, ensuring that our Fleet department can accurately invoice clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Match invoices with corresponding service sheets from completed engineering work.
Work within Fleet’s IFS accounting system.
Liaise with field service engineers, clients, and internal accounts/management teams to resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with accounting systems (experience with IFS is a plus)
Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
