Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Operation Training Support to work for a global food production company in Wolverhampton in WV9 area.
This position is FTC for 6 months
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Liaise with shift managers to arrange operation training.
• Conducting SOP training in a classroom and factory shop floor environment.
• Supporting the training effectiveness validation in the factory.
• SOP Update and Creation.
• Identify operations training gaps.
• Maintaining training records
• Collaborative working with Training Team.
MINIMUM CRITERIA
• A track record of experience in operation environment.
• Training experience or couching background.
• English fluent (verbal and written)
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, and use of the internet.
• Food Safety Level 2.
• Health and Safety qualification.
PREFERED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
• Food Safety level 2.
• Risk Assessment Training.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8am to 16:30
£14 per hour
