Summary

• Monitoring the quality of ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet our standards for taste, texture, and appearance. Address any issues promptly to maintain consistency
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions
• Basic maths skills for handling invoices and making change
• Prepare desserts, beverages, and other menu items according to shop standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including the dining and preparation areas. Always follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and workstations to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assist with restocking and inventory management
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Any qualifications from the UK or overseas in catering, cooking, kitchen, and restaurant management is preferable not mandatory
• Previous experience in a dessert service role (minimum 1 year preferred)
