Monday to Friday Days - 40 hour weeks (Occasional Voluntary Overtime)
A Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor is required for a very well established and stable company.
The role will suit experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisors with at least an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). Being in a specialist market, training on industry standards and internal requirements will be provided.
The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor position will be a hands on role supervising a mechanical maintenance team. This is a great chance to be part of a well-established & stable leading manufacturer.
The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Role:
* Supervising a mechanical maintenance team that carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance work in an industrial production environment.
* Working on a variety of mechanical equipment and processes.
* Working from equipment drawings & manuals.
* Following the company’s safe systems and permit to work systems.
* Mentoring, training and developing staff.
The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:
* Experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (or equivalent) from a Mechanical fitting/ engineering background.
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
