We are part of the Skipton Group which is made up of Skipton Building Society; Connells Group, the largest UK estate agency and property services provider; offshore finance capability through Skipton International; Skipton Business Finance and Jade Software Corporation

Our colleagues say Skipton's a great place to work, and you could be one of them, bringing with you new ideas on how we can keep customers at the heart of what we do.

Whatever your background, and whatever your goals, we'll help you take the next step towards a better future.

You will lead our Change function, approximately 100 in size, the team owns change practice and leads from the front on our agile journey. The team operate at the heart of the organisations change agenda, working in partnership with our Homes and Money businesses, technology teams, our people team, finance and risk teams on a diverse portfolio of change.

What’s In It For You?

We have a range of other benefits available to you including;

  • We care about your health and wellbeing – we provide a range of benefits that support this including cycle to work initiative and discounted gym membership

What Will You Be Doing?

You will lead on shaping our change best practices and methodologies, our agile journey and be an integral part of driving strategy through to execution. You will shape how we deliver against our strategic ambitions, review end to end change processes to best enable value creation. You will own and develop our agile ways of working, co-create our new lean portfolio management approach to ensure our corporate plan is delivered effectively. You will lead our change function (approx. 100 people), providing clear leadership, vision and priorities to improve our change capability. You will work in partnership with senior leaders across the organisation, helping them understand how to translate ideas into achieving business value.
