Summary
SWIFT Temps Ltd Industrial Division are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to work for our client based in Keighley on a permanent basis. The successful postholder will be the pivotal key link between the operation team and the Production Supervisor. Please note this role may include heavy lifting.
Duties include, but not limited to: -
Oversee and assist in maintaining an efficient production line with the other team members.
Manage and delegate tasks to the team, ensuring production targets are met.
Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to by yourself and the wider team.
Filling and packing finished goods, including quality control checks and C.I.P
Perform titration tests, recording the results on appropriate documents.
Assist and manage the loading and unloading of wagons/vehicles.
Ensure all mandatory hygiene procedures are adhered to the highest of standards.
Assist the Production Manager is the general day to day duties.
The successful applicant must be: -
Warehouse / Production supervisory experience
Conscientious
Attention to detail
Core hours of 48 hours per week, working 4 out of 6 days per week, Monday – Saturday (Saturday’s on a rotation basis). Bank Holidays included in the working week
Salary: £13.38 per hour plus company pension
