Established for over 150 years, they provide high-quality legal services to domestic and international clients, including developers, local authorities, housing associations and financial services firms.
The firm's non-contentious construction practice engages in substantial work for social housing developers, local authorities, and private sector clients. The group provides a breadth of services from initial planning to project completion. They advise on transactional construction matters, assisting clients with all forms of construction procurement, including traditional, design and build, modular construction, joint venture, management contracting and construction management. Their client base extends to the private and public sector, where they regularly act for developers, funders, investment vehicles, local authorities and registered social housing landlords.
The team are now seeking are now seeking an experienced non-contentious construction solicitor to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience gain from a highly regarded City or regional practice and should be adept at advising on the full range of non-contentious construction matters for a wide variety of clients such as those mentioned above.
