We are currently recruiting for Chef’s and Chef assistants to work for our clint based on the outskirts of Newark.
Working hours vary,
You will be developing recipes and determine how to present dishes. Planning menus and ensuring the quality of meals are up to standards, Inspection of supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
City and Guilds 706/1
City and Guilds 706/2
(or NVQ equivalent)
Supervisory qualification
Good communication skills
Able to complete simple records Experience in using catering equipment
Capable of working without direct supervision
